This horse (and the picture of it) belong to a good friend of mine, Joni Freeser. The majestic pose, the wind swept hair, and the quintessential central Montanan landscape drew me in. There are challenges and joys in each drawing that I do. I love getting to know my subject as I study and draw each part in detail. Daisy was a joy to work on and learn about.
